Hi, I'm Mike McCready, and I know what it's like to feel fat and shitty about how you look.

And how frustrating it is to try to lose weight and fail.

So, after 17 years of working one-on-one with other people about how I lost weight and changed my life, I've founded GuysLoseWeight as a way to pass this knowledge on to you from one guy to another.

The most important thing I've learned is that yes, diet & exercise are essential, but focusing only on that when you've struggled with overeating is a sure way to fail.

Why?  Because we KNOW what we should be eating and we know we should be working out, but we stop doing it. Knowing what "should" be doing doesn't help us. The "I just need to go to the gym," or "I just need to eat this way" might get us there for a while, but never lasts. And, if we keep doing something the same way over and over again, we're going to get the same result. Feeling like a failure.

I call this the "could ya justs," and the reason we fail at them is a part of my program about our brains and The Willpower Myth.  Also, people who don't have a hard time eating right and exercising can't understand this when we're trying to achieve weight loss, and they are usually ready with a "just do..." or two.

You can't blame them for saying it, they are trying to be helpful, and this can often be with people we have a relationship with. The point is our power of choice is affected brain wiring, so how to get yours working for rather than against you is a section in my GuysLoseWeight Program.

to finally lose weight and succeed??

• Stop being embarrassed taking your shirt off at the Beach
• Enjoy the relationship you've always wanted
• Have the success you are capable of
• Live the life you want to live!

It doesn't matter how many diet and exercise plans you've failed at in the past,

because I did too until I succeeded, so now you can too.

Here's your chance to do something new about your weight you haven't tried before and transform your physique. The results will speak for themselves and benefit all areas of your life.

All it takes is a willingness to be open to the idea you are not a failure, and maybe it's that everything you've been told about how to lose weight has failed you.

Stop beating yourself up and try this for free.

Client Experience: BOB

"My first session with Mike was in 2002 and when he told me he was launching a group program, I wanted to let people know how much working with him helped me and to encourage others to give it a try"

Do you want to lose weight, but don't stick with it?

Are you putting off the things you want until you are "good enough?"

If so, you're in the right place, and since you're still here with me, what I'm saying must be making some sense! If so, it's actually the start of us already working together toward your goals.

I created this program by doing it myself and helping others through the successes and setbacks along the way, so I know it works. Now I'm fortunate to share my experience with others, like I did with Bob, who is one of my very first clients.

What that means is that you gain access to everything you need, including:

All of the Program Modules

Daily coaching

Workbooks & Journals

Video Coursework Library

• Live Group Video Instruction

-ongoing support in your five essential life areas needed to lose weight and keep it off.

Losing Weight & Getting What You Want

Guys who struggle with their weight often don't feel good enough to go after what we truly want. Our negative self-image limits the "who" and "what" we allow into our life, limiting our ambition.

How Brain Chemistry Affects Your Eating & Choices

Our brains control emotions and feelings, which are regulated by chemicals called neurotransmitters. When we've struggled with overeating, these neurochemicals can get out of whack and work against us.

How Relationships Affect Your Weight

How we relate to others is influenced by our emotions and how we feel about ourselves, defining how we treat others and how we let others treat us.

Exercise & weight loss for overeaters

"No pain, no gain" is a great marketing slogan, but it's terrible advice, particularly for someone who is overweight.

What we need to know

How we eat makes a difference in our success. Can we be open to letting going of all the "facts" we've been taught about when & how to eat?
